SMARTSHIFT1 Linkage kit

I bought a mk3 with 220k on it. I knew it needed a lot of work, which I did, but this kit was the most fulfilling replacement of the whole project. The slop in the shifter along with the difficulty finding gears was unbearable. After installing this kit, I was blown away but how tight and smooth the shift linkage was. Along with this kit, I highly recommend replacing all the other bushings in the linkage along with rebuilding the shift box (which USRT carries). If you have abs on your Mk3, it's not the most fun install because your room to work is cut in half, at least. But, either way, worth the time and blood required to complete the job. The write ups on Vortex provided by USRT make the actual understanding of the procedure very simple! If you do not have this kit you are missing out for sure!!!
