DSG "ICECAP" Cooling System

This product is a must for any DSG equipped car Audi or VW. I am a pit crewman for my wife's track car. Yes, she is the driver and yes, she is faster than me. For the past 2 years, we have monitored the DSG temperatures at the track, 2017 at 120C and at 2018 at 130C. This caused the DSG fluid to escape through the tranny vent and spill onto the passenger front tire, which it is a no-no. The ICECAP has solved our problems on the track, maintaining the temps at 99C. Now we have ran the car even harder than 2017 and 2018 but without any overheating issues thanks to the ICECAP. We installed the heat exchanger inside the wheel well, behind the fog light grill. We probably could achieve lower than 99C if we can create a better flow out of the wheel liner. -by installing louvers or by cutting a vent into the plastic liner. We will report back with more later.
