With such good high-rpm breathing potential, a big bumper Jetta 16-valve is well-equipped with this exhaust solution. Done right in aluminized 2.25" mandrel-bent tubing, you can expect easy gains of 7 or 8hp before other mods. The system fits the OEM 50mm catalytic converter outlet and mates to a stainless steel Borla muffler and tail pipe. Two year warranty on tubing and resonator and lifetime warranty on muffler. Add the optional second resonator and/or venturi if you need to keep things more mellow without compromising that high-rpm 16v "rip" to redline.
