Billet Alternator Pulley (1.8T/MK4 2.0L)

Ditch the heavy 1lb clutched alternator pulley in favor of this billet aluminum version.

Mass and strength are optimized with specialized CAD software. Then, they're crafted on one of our CNC mills. Rotating mass is reduced so every last horsepower is efficiently released. Our 5.8oz (165g) version weighs several times less than the OEM pulley.
	-to a tighter run out tolerance, too of less than .001"! All this means a smoother and quieter engine that revs quicker off idle. The piece is supplied complete with high grade nut and thrust washer.

The part installs quickly following standard VW installation procedures.This part fits all MK4 Golf, Jetta, GLI, New Beetle, and 337 1.8T and 2.0 engines, as well as all Audi TT Mk1 1.8T 180hp and 225hp.
