VW MK1 Swap Engine Mount (20V/TDI/FSI, RH)

This right-hand engine mount supports 20V, TDI, and FSI engine conversions in Mk1 chassis vehicles. It ensures proper positioning, secure fastening, and the clearance required for modern swap success.

Whether you're building torque-rich diesel, high-revving turbo 20V, or direct-injection precision, this is your go-to mount for right-side support. It's designed for direct bolt-in conversion of: 1.8 20V (e.g. AGU, AUM, AUQ, etc.), 2.0 8V APK, 1.9 TDI, and 2.0 FSI. Our bracket aligns engine correctly in the bay and clears Mk1 chassis leg and crossmember without cutting.

Note: When installing a 20V engine, the factory hydraulic timing belt tensioner setup must be deleted. Use a VW 16V mechanical tensioner (Part # A677 or A677A) and matching spacer kit (Part # GW653122) — both available from USRT.
